About Green Bay Epoxy Flooring
Green Bay Epoxy Flooring coats concrete. We install epoxy, polyaspartic, flake and metallic floor systems in garages, basements, shops and commercial spaces in Green Bay and the surrounding Brown County communities, from De Pere and Ashwaubenon to Suamico, Howard, Bellevue and out toward Denmark and Pulaski.
We pick the coating after we look at the concrete. A 1950s basement slab, a garage floor that has soaked up ten winters of brine and a new slab in a Suamico subdivision all behave differently, and each one needs its own prep plan. Most coatings that fail in this climate fail because of what was under them: moisture, salt, oil or an old sealer nobody removed.
What you can expect from us
- An on-site visit where we measure the floor, test for moisture and point out cracks, scaling, stains and old coatings.
- A written quote that names the coating system, the number of coats, the prep work and the total price.
- Mechanical diamond grinding of the whole slab, including the edges along the walls.
- Crack, spall and pit repair before the first coat goes on.
- Clear timing for foot traffic, moving things back in and parking, based on the product and the temperature that day.
- No surprise charges. If we find something during the job that changes the work, we write it up and wait for your OK.
We only coat concrete. If a slab has a problem a coating will not solve, such as water coming through a crack, a heaving section or a structural break, we tell you before you spend anything on a new floor.
